This website is operated by Sorvae Beauty LLC ("Sorvae", "we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Product descriptions describe how the products are designed to make skin look and feel; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. We recommend a patch test before first use, avoiding the eye area, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color or packaging may occur.

3. Prices and availability All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, offers or product availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Accuracy of information We strive for accuracy, but the site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site — including the Sorvae name, logo, product names, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Sorvae Beauty LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

User comments and submissions If you send us reviews, comments, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is accurate and does not violate the rights of others.
